Guaranteed Results with Compliance:
We guarantee that Clients who fully comply with their customized program will lose at least one pound per week (if weight loss is needed). If this does not happen, Elite Performance 360 will continue coaching at no additional cost until the goal is achieved.

Sustainability Guarantee:
Clients who complete the program will have the tools and strategies to sustain their results for 12 months after program completion. If a Client struggles to maintain progress, they may schedule one free Strategy Session per month during this period for additional guidance and support.

Client Responsibility:
Results and sustainability depend on personal effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. Clients who do not follow their workout, nutrition, and accountability plan as designed will not qualify for the results or sustainability guarantee.

No Liability:
Elite Performance 360 is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments for coaching programs and services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns, as our services require full commitment for success.

All group and 1-on-1 calls, both in audio and video format, in this program are recorded for quality assurance and may be used to create online promotional material. By using our services, you consent to allowing Elite Performance 360, its agents, contractors, and employees to record any and all audio and video conversations and publish them online as promotional material, as well as retain the recordings for legal, promotional, quality, and training purposes.
